Hello StoryWarers! Just out of curiosity, did everyone get an email about this forum? I tried to send one to all the members, but not too confident in the procedure... let me know If you got one or not so I can resend it to the others if they didn't get it!

I received one, and also one about a mailing list, which I guess you must have set up to send the forum message.

I didn't get the email...nor did I receive the initial confirmation email...

Pretty sure I got both... and also what I took to be a mass-mailing from the Villikon author.  Since the "hide e-mail" option was checked on my profile, how exactly was he able to send that out?

That sort of thing makes me nervous.  Perhaps you should figure out how that happened and take steps to prevent it.  Villikon's self-promotion is odious enough without seeing it in my inbox.

Hi, that was my fault.. I clicked on 'accept request to send out mass-email reply' instead of 'deny request to send out mass-email reply'.. shouldn't have happened. Please be reassured that no one knows your email address though, it was an automatic mailer andI'll be more vigilant next time!!
