The previous thread "My Opinion" has become the only really active thread on this forum so far...with no response by anyone who is submitting chapters. This is a fact I find particularly odd since they are predisposed to churning out tens of thousands of words. I am curious to hear what these novelists have to say on this topic. As it stands right now there is no obviously positive side to posting thousand word chunks of long stories. Not that I think it would change anyone's mind, but, I would like to hear their side of this discussion.

So...I invite these folks to express their thoughts here without fear of being buried under a dozen or so existing posts.
